Check the integrity of the coupling (coupling and coupling), tighten the bolts, and do a good job in sanitation. 2. Replace or supplement the sealing packing, so that the gland is pressed in parallel, the distance between the gland and the end face of the sealing packing box is not more than 5mm, and the leakage per minute is not more than 30 drops. 3. Check and clean the bearings, and add or replace lubricating oil. 4. Check and clean the inlet filter screen, and calibrate the inlet and outlet pressure gauges. 5. Check the motor bearings and add lubricating oil. 6. Check and tighten the fixing bolts of each part of the unit, and deal with the leakage of each part of the pipeline.
When the centrifugal pump operates for (3000 ± 24) hours in total, the maintenance shift or mechanical foreman shall be the main, and the personnel on duty shall cooperate to carry out secondary maintenance. 1. Complete the first level maintenance work. 2. Measure and check the bearing clearance, and adjust and replace it if necessary to ensure that the clearance meets the regulations. 3. Check the working mass of the pump (balance disc clearance). 4. Check the concentricity of the coupling.
When the centrifugal pump operates for (10000 ± 72) hours in total, the professional pump maintenance team shall carry out three-level maintenance on site. 1. Disassemble and connect all pipelines and pump outlet flanges, and check and clean them to ensure they are unobstructed and undamaged. 2. Remove the pump: loosen the bolts of the rear pad cover, take out the upper and lower pads, and remove the rear pad bracket and tail cover.
If the water pump fails, it should stop working immediately, and repair or replace accessories. As the saying goes, it is necessary to nip in the bud. Do a comprehensive inspection before using the water pump every day, ranging from a screw to a bearing. This can not only greatly reduce the incidence of accidents, but also ensure personal safety.
